Niamh McKenna is the Chief Information Officer (CIO) at NHS Resolution and joined in August 2020.

NHS Resolution is an arm’s-length body of the Department of Health and Social Care, which provide expertise to the NHS on resolving concerns and disputes fairly, sharing learning for improvement and preserving resources for patient care.

In her capacity as CIO, Niamh is supporting NHS Resolution as they embark on a major programme to enhance the technology capability whilst ensuring continued delivery of services effectively.
